If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or a full product refund
How do you return or exchange an item?
Just send the item(s) back with a note and copy of invoice explaining the reason to:

If you would like an exchange, first we'll issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s). Then when we ship your new item, we'll charge you for it. So your credit card billing statement is clean and clear. And we'll never charge additional shipping for any new items sent out as an exchange. If the exchange was a gift, just let us know who purchased it for you. If you'd like a refund, just tell us that, and we'll take care of it. It is customary for a credit to your credit card to take up to 3 weeks to process.
Security
When you place an order with us we collect your name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card information. If you ask to be placed on our email list, we will collect your name and email address.
We will use your email to communicate Customer Service information. e.g. we'll email you to confirm your order or notify you that it shipped. Occasionally we will email you to notify you of upcoming sales and events,. Even if you don't place an order with us, you will probably hear from us every 4-6 weeks. We don't sell or rent your email address to anyone. No partners, no manufacturers, no other lists.

Federal law dictates that your legal liability is limited to $50 if your credit card number is used without your permission.
